LP Quick Connect to Discada Burner Hack

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has ever done this before? We have an LP quick connect at the back of our fifth wheel (Eagle HT 26.5 BHS) and I'm trying to figure out the best way to use that quick connect so that I can attach my discada burner to it.

The discada burner has a LP line with a fitting that attaches to a regular LP tank. I was thinking that I should be able to find an LP hose where one side is a quick connect male(?) and the other side has the same fitting as the propane tank, but I haven't been able to find anything like that.

Has anyone else found a solution for for something like this?

but I don't have a clue what discada is? Short answer is the qc connect is low pressure regulated and the tank is high pressure. They can't be converted with and adapter.

Being the curious type, and needing something to learn today, I did extensive and exhausting research on the subject...OK... I googled it...

"Discada is a mixed meat dish popular in the northern Mexican states of Baja California, Sinaloa, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas. The dish includes a mixture of grilled meats cooked on an agricultural plow disk harrow, hence its name. Wikipedia"

So DISCada is cooking on a plow DISC (or disk if you like). Now I've learned something today.

Kids bought me an Ooni pizza oven for Father’s Day, and as it’s a great size to take along on the road I pretty much had the same situation. I first ordered this hose:

That hose fit my quick disconnect on the RV. I then ordered a male adapter for the oven. Finally, I bought a quick disconnect to fit on the hose with the regulator from the propane tank. From the board I learned that the RV gives off low pressure through its regulator, so you don’t want to tie in a second. Now I can use either the tank or RV propane with quick disconnects.

I think Norty partially answered the question. You would never want both high and low pressure, on at the same time. All-in-all, a bad idea for life and safety!

I think you would be better off putting one male quick connect, on the grill itself (destination). That connector is most likely a flare. The camper already has one female quick connect (source) installed. You would need to add a female quick connect on your existing hose (source). This is really what the quick connects shine for. Just change quick connects/hoses for different source tanks.

Female Flare to male QC for the grill:

You would then use the GABob hose to connect camper to grill.

Regulated QC Hose for standard propane tank to grill:

Later on, when you add another grill, griddle and pizza oven, all you need is a male QC for each
