Finally got out for our first trip with that TT. Stayed 2 nights at the Camping de la Diable campground near Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. We picked the site because we know the route well, have been at the campground several times with the pop-up and so the only unknown for us would be the TT. It is also a 10 minute drive from the Canadian Tire store so much f we forgot something...

The drive up was interesting as we drove through the edge of the storm that did this - https://globalnews.ca/news/5487654/quebec-summer-thunderstorm-cleanup-july-2019/amp/. Lots of rain and when we got to the campsite and got ready to set up, I discovered that I misunderstood my DW and my rain jacket was still in the closet at home... And so I got wet. Setup was easy (lots of practice) and I ignored the sewer hookup until the next day (I did ensure that the valves were shut).

A quick shower, and a trip to Canadian Tire produced a new rain jacket for me. Dinner in St. Jovite and back to the campground to relax for the night. A little wet for a campfire, we read and enjoyed the luxury of the TT.

The next day we kicked around, took in some live music at the Bluesfest on the mountain, bbq ribs for dinner and a campfire..

Had to check out a day early as I am flying out for a work conference today (Sunday), it was uneventful except for leaving the grey tank get a little full (had some water in the tub). That happened just before I had to dump, and I checked the gauge before breakfast and it said 2/3. I'm not trusting that now...

The drive home was uneventful even with some headwinds. What was most surprising was the cleanup at home. Less than an hour and the TT was washed, floors scrubbed and the lundrey was underway. The pop-up was always days, especially if it had rained like it did.

Looking forward to the next outing in a couple of weeks. Just need to do the things on the list we made [emoji3]
