Major toe out tire ware. All 4 tires are warn to the cords. On the inside. <6K miles.

i would start by replacing all of the tires with a good radial rv tires. most of those oem bias ply tires are junk. look at the carlisle radials or goodyears. keep a close eye on their air pressure.

I would have the axles inspected. May be bent or broken or just plain installed wrong. Lots of trailer axle shops, not RV shops, axle specialists. Like Grumpy, get the weight of the actual loaded axle just in case. Great info for proper inflation as new tires may need a different PSI than the cheapo factory rubber.
 
I'm not sure that wear is as much toe-out as it is a camber issue. As said above, I would take it to a shop that specializes in trailer axles & springs.
