Maxxair Garnish Ring Too Short!

We installed a Maxxair 7500K fan and the garnish ring is too short. I saw a previous post on here that said they to not make a longer one. Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it? I appreciate any help!

I've installed two. No issues.

Ours is about 1 1/2 inches too short on one side and 2 inches on the other.. We have a Jayco Eagle HT 30.5 CKTS. The entire install went quite smooth until we got to the garnish ring. Our roof peaks where the fan is.

I used the one Grumpy showed you from amazon or I got ours from E-Trailer.
Did have to trim it about an inch, but then fit perfect.

Mine was too short as well, I just reused the original and trimmed it down to fit.
