MCD Shades

Yea it seems they are Irvine Shade and door Inc. We have 3 that aren't working in our 2022 pinnacle already that doesn't look good for the future. What a pita to have to deal with. I am looking into ordering parts then spending a good part of a day repairing them ugg. We always travel with them up by the way. The Mcd shades say Mcd and have black adjusters on one end for tension and grey on the other for adjusting the stop point, The Isd like mine have all black adjusters. I am not sure if that is true for all of them but that might help somebody.

You're saying blinds. Is that what you have? We have roll up shades on our 2020. All of them have MCD printed at the bottom of the shade. Maybe they changed providers and type?

MCD and Irvine are two separate companies, however, their shades are very similar and easily repaired. I have now replaced/repaired 4 of my Irvine shades. If you contact MCD they will guide you to the repair parts needed. I have become an expert and not due to me wanting to be lol. Lots of repair videos on you tube.

Don't need the whole thing. Just need the internal roller. What usually happens is a small plastic pin shears on the retractor. Go to MCD Shades and call them. They are pricey depending on size. My last one $65 for the part and look at youtube as well.
