We have a new 2024 Jay Feather 21mml and although the microwave was working on 110 shore power i no longer have power to the microwave while plugged into our 110 outlet at the house.
I have checked the breakers and turned off the solar inverter. Still nothing.
Any ideas?

Do any of the outlets in the trailer work?

To test just the microwave, you could run an extension cord to it from an outlet that's known to be working.

Are you running on 30 amps through an adapter? Or better yet. Is the camper a 50 amp running on 30 amp adapter?

Yeah, that GFI duplex in the bathroom! Took me a while to figure out, but now if anything electric is not working, I check the bathroom GFI first - it's almost always the guardian/culprit.

Have you checked the fuse(s) and checked the wiring (sometimes the wires will loosen) on the receptacle?

I have a 2022 White Hawk 27RK and this year (2025) it seemed the microwave had no power. I unplugged it from the outlet then plugged it into another outlet via a heavy duty extension cord and still no working microwave. I took it out and found there is a fuse in it and that turned out to be bad. I replaced the fuse, re-installed the microwave and works fine now. This could be your issue but not sure.

I had an issue of the same nature. My microwave vents to the outdoors any time it is running. If the vent door on the out side isn’t open it can cause the microwave to overheat and in my case quit. It had to be replaced.

Microwaves are supposed to have a dedicated breaker.

Reality is there are all kinds of ways to power it, so you just have to figure out how yours is configured! Sounds like you have it figured out. If it shares a breaker you will learn about power management quickly. ex. no toaster, coffee pot or hair dryer plugged in to the same circuit while the popcorn is cooking!

Some units even have glass fuse inside the unit.
