This was scary! I'm watching TV and wifey is taking a shower when I hear a motor running. What could that be? I ran up to the bathroom door and saw our bed coming in! Our bedroom slide was retracting all on it's own. I'm freaking because we always confirm that nothing's on the floor and nothing is plugged into alongside the bed. I can't stop it before it is fully in as if we were ready to travel. The buttons on wall do nothing.
I ran to the wall tablet and go to 'Motors' and see Yellow Exclamation marks alongside every slide control. I press it and see:
"Motors Unavailable, The motors are unavailable because they are in use by another user." I search this website for that and find it's happened before to another and it's in another thread.
This shows how to remove all other bluetooth devices and how to restart the node. I closed the app on both our phones too. None of their solutions fixed us so I'm posting this thread.
Our solution:
I removed the wall controller in the bedroom. (Lift from the bottom just the same as when you want to remove the wall tablet). I went into the kitchen for a steak knife and pried the battery out. The yellow exclamation marks disappeared in the wall tablet. I guess the battery was dead and when that happens the controller automatically retracts the slide. Go figure.

The battery is a CR2032. I'll buy a few and replace all the wall controllers since we've had the camper for a couple years now. I don't want this to happen again. Scared me half to death and I'm old enough for that to matter.

On the lighter side can you imagine that happening at 2 in the morning when you are fast asleep? :D

My trailer is old school...hardwired switches for everything. I will NOT buy an RV with all the bluetooth enabled stuff, tablets, etc.

Well I've learned a few things to share with you all. The problem wasn't the battery. The switch must be bad. On the back it shows the model number and for each switch in the camper, they all begin with RVSWT101 and end up with the specific switch arrangement for each location in our camper. For our bedroom the part I need to order is RVSWT101 J3-7.
I've seen a couple similar on eBay but I'd rather be certain to get the right one so I'll order it direct from Jayco or through my dealer.

This image below is the one that is broken.
Here are the instructions from BMPro to pair the new switch I'll order.

That makes more sense than the weak battery idea.
