Need help locating slide controllers

Have a 2017 Jayco 5th wheel bhs, outdoor kitchen slide and same side inside kitchen slide do not retract. Had to rock them in last fall, need help locating te controllers, been researching online and owners manual but nothing. Any ideas?

Mine for the kitchen slide is behind a panel on the back wall of the basement. I had the same problem and when I took it in for warranty work it turned out to be a wire that was getting pinched and needed replace and rerouted.
