I have a 2008 34ss. I want new flooring. Previous owner put in some fairly cheap stick down wood like stuff, which I have hated since I got it and now it is starting to move. So what is the go too flooring to put in? thinking some kind of floating stuff but don't know how thick I can go in the slide area. Has anybody done this what did you use, how thick and what about under slide area?

I'm in the same position, looking for flooring. I'm leaning toward Click Lock waterproof vinyl plank flooring (HD) with attached underlayment. It comes in 5 to12 mm thickness and the weight is proportional.

the stuff in mine now is a 2mm sticky back stuff. When it get hot in storage it moved around. there has to be something better, still looking for it.

My vinyl floor in my Jayco travel trailer cracked in one corner and at the floor heat vent. Shrunk over the winter. I was looking at the snap lock piece flooring too, but decided when you consider how much flooring it would take to do the entire floor, way too much added weight to the RV. Going back with a one piece vinyl floor. Cutting the old floor out all around the edges and using it as a template for the new flooring. I'll buy small 3/8" wood corner bead to cover the edges. Not going to be easy...
