Need to replace awning fabric

Help, I need to replace the awning on my 14' TT, the mechanism word fine but the fabric is ripped, there are too many rips to tape them (don't ask). it's a sunchaser 8500/9000 per the user guide in my package. I have been given the fabric of another Trailer, same length but it's a Carefree of Colorado awning fabric.

Can I just switch them out somehow? If so any suggestions on how to?
