So last season finallyconvinced the wife to go unplugged, and great success. Being a weekend warrior we didn’t want to spend 10k on a offgrid power system, so we used some stuff we already had and made it work. This will definitely get us through a weekend no problem, our 2 6v batteries did so this should have no issue.

This is under dinette bench near bunks on a 2021 jayco 264bh

1- LiTime 12v 400ah battery (4 batteries are cheaper, but the size was our issue. This gives us the highest AH rating we can fit in our space. Battleborn GC2 batteries would have given us 600A but for 6k I’ll pass.) https://amzn.to/3JEnp7o
2- GoWise 2000w inverter, had this from a previous project and have used this in customer installs to run a shop vacuum pulling 1200watts. 4 years on some vans and no failures

3-Blue seas system MRBF fuse holder, great quality option that has plenty of options for fuses and handles up to 300a per block.

4- Pike industries bus bar

5- Custom inverter mounting plate.

Solar system is getting pieced together, hopefully posting that soon. For now the converter charger will charge it up.

It's always nice to be able to cobble things you already have to make something work to your liking. Nice and compact!
