FINALLY picked up our new 314BDS yesterday. Pulled it home with my 7.3 Ford F-350 perfectly. Windy as ****, but no issues with sway. Maneuvering and backing it up into our site on our property was easy as could be.This thing is so beautiful I want to go kick our real house in the butt!
First time owner, lots to learn. We had the slide toppers installed and the roof vent covers. Very happy!

Welcome to the forum cousineddy! Hope you enjoy your new TT and your time here on the forums! Lots of good people and info here!:hihi:

Congrats. I also took ownership of my 314 on Friday. You right it does make me want to do some upgrades on the house.

Thank you all for your hospitality! We just returned from our second trip in the new TT. Approx 2.5 hour trip to Mountain Lake CG in Lancaster NH. I had new tires installed on my F350 Weds and it seemed to be more squirrly causing me to white knuckle a bit more. The tires are same size and load range. Im also still getting use to how stiff to adj the Reese friction sway control. Learning curve is going well. I do find that I have a near heart attack when I encounter grooved pavement on the highway where there is a crown. Sometimes the trailer feels like is surges into and out of the tire grooves. Had a moose cross ahead of us on route 93 in the White Mountains. Not close to us though. We have had good times in our new TT! We did have a bad TV, then when I picked up the new TV it had a used remote in the package that doesnt work. Ive learned that I need to drop the tongue quite a bit to prevent water from running off the edges of the tub onto the floor. I also learned to lock my doors when travelling since they flew opened a few times on the highway. I'll get it!! Gotta be a newbie sometimes

Congrats on the new unit...I too found that I need to lock the storage doors when traveling. Never had that problem before, but I wont have it again either.
Hope you lots of good times yet to come!
