New here - 1995 Jayco 1206 pop-up

Hi all! So happy to find this forum and all of you! About 2 weeks ago we purchased our first pop-up used, a Jayco 1206 built in 1995. It's in pretty good shape in my opinion. No slide outs on this model. I have "saggy roof" syndrome on the bigger side of the pull-out beds, need to work on that. I recently replaced the pump / motor on the Thetford C2 toilet which was a learning experience for me (BTW #8 x 5/8" long stainless screw if you lose that single screw that holds the pump retainer bracket down!). One of the shower lines was leaking and I got educated on how PEX connections work too. Fixed! Next up: how surge brakes work and how to inspect and pack wheel bearings. I think they work but not sure how much life is left with them.
