New Jayco Owner From California

We just purchased a new 2010 Jayco Jay Flight G2 29bhs. Actually, we just ordered it. It will be "delivered" in Indiana in Sept. '09. We will be picking it up there and making a 'road trip' cross country. We look forward to getting it and wish we didn't have to wait, but at least we are getting exactly what we want

We look forward to others joining here and us being able to interact with other Jayco owners. It's nice to have another resource to fall back on when we have questions regarding our new trailer.

Boy you're an adventuresome type. Picking up a new unit and immediately leaving on a long trip??

I remember when we picked up our 2007 Eagle Model 322FKS Trailer and took of for Cape Cod. Stayed at a campground by Plymouth, Mass. and and blew a fuse, in the electrical panel. Stove fan and kitchen sink light wouldn't work. Got back to Michigan and the dealer traced it to a short in the exhaust fan switch.

I can see now that you're going to have a wonderful future in camping with your attitude.

There is a charge of $2500 to deliver a jayco to California That plus about another $2500 more it would have cost to buy in Cali, we saved quite a bit of money We used a fraction of that savings to take the 6 week trip. Man! It's been great so far, except for the WDH which was incorrectly installed. We LOVE our new TT!
