New Jayco Seneca will not start

2024 New Jayco Seneca, I just brought it home. The shift lever is in Neutral, The parking brake is on. I stopped it in front of my house and it will not start. Batteries are good.

Doesn't have "park" as such on the shift pad.. Air brakes

I would suggest a few more details would help with an answer. Does the engine not crank (meaning the starter is not spinning the engine), or is the starter spinning over the engine and the engine just doesn't start? Also, what is the battery voltage, in particular if the engine starter doesn't crank the engine? ~CA
