So here are some of the mods I've done. They are all ideas from here but my version of them.
1. HWT drain plug was a pain in the butt to open up so I added a hose with a valve.
2. The sewer hose that came with a camper was cheap and the walls started leaking. The new hose I got was a bit longer so I couldn't use the storage on camper so added a 4 inch PVC pipe.
3. Moved the electrical plug to the side of the counter. Original spot was in the front and anytime we had something plugged in we lost little bit of an already limited counter space. So now I can run the cables behind faucet.
4. The storage under the sink. Just moved the wall behind the drain. Way more room to store our kitchen items.
5. Wasted space above the radio unit. Added a shelf with a 1 inch lip. That's where we can store our cds, dvds, remotes, cellphones etc.

Hope you liked them.

Nice pics! i was wondering about that space above the radio on my 16xrb, i haven't pulled the panel off yet, but it seems to me there is nothing behind it.

Pull the radio out and you'll see if there is something. That's how I did it. There was just some cables that I move to the back. The radio is held down with 4 screws only

I really like the hot water heater mod, can you give details on the parts you all needed?

I just went to home Depot and explained the guy what I wanted to do. I got a male to male fitting that goes into the the HWT. Then they had that stainless steel hose with the valve fitting already on it. Make sure you put Teflon tape on it. Don't over tighten it. I believe it was a 1/2 size but not 100%sure. Take your little plastic plug in to fit it.

Hope that helps.

What did you use to mount the PVC pipe to your bumper? I don't really like where the sh1tter hose is stored right now.
