We are so stoked.

We are picking up a near mint 2009 G2 BHDS this weekend.

It will be our 2nd travel trailer and most likely our last for a very long time.

We are a family of 3 and this will be our 2nd Trailer.

We upgraded from a 2006 Springdale 26' trailer.

This trailer will be our 2nd home for weekends during the summer at the local campground on the river. We live in Northern California and can't wait to get our new addition home this weekend.

Mattnday,

Welcome to the Jayco forums!

I'm jealous of the fact that you can probably go camping year round! When you get a chance, post some pics (inside/outside) of your TT over in the in the "Pics of your Jayco" forum.

Sadly there wont be a lot of year round camping for us.

It will be a 4-5 month a year trailer that is parked for the duration.

Hopefully it will get a couple of weekend trips during the offseason but pretty unlikely with our schedule.

We spend the months from December-March chasing the snow in the Sierra's.

We will however log at least 30 days + in it from Memorial Day through Labor Day as we hit the water wakeboarding as much as we humanly can throughout the summer and this trailer will be our home while we do it.

As for pictures it will probably be a few weeks as we will most likely be just hauling it straight to storage this weekend.

It's been a very long couple of days but our trailer is now home with us.

Looks great! No better place then "camp driveway" to get familiar with the TT and start stocking it up.

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Mattnday! Nice tt; still shines like new! I bet your kids love their 'new' room. Happy camping and congrats on the "new" tt :)

Now that "she" is home I can honestly say this is the best $14000 we have ever spent. I still can't believe I was able to snag this beauty for anywhere close to what we ended up spending. Even with the snags of picking it up(3 - 6 hour round trip drives) and the $500 in extra transportation costs to get it home this is still an amazing deal. I feel bad for the seller who depreciated $18000 in 2 years but not bad enough to have paid her more for the trailer :)

There are a few winter projects that need done like cleaning the brake light contacts, cleaning the carpets, reattaching the bunk bed trim piece molding........Irregardless this is as close to a new trailer as I will probably get and my family couldn't be happier.

Now if i could just get some extra time of to go break her in over Presidents Day weekend that would be perfect.

She is a beauty, Mattnday!! Congratulations! We have the same TT and am glad I insisted on the bunkhouse. It's a perfect fit for our family. The kids will have their privacy w/sliding door & can stay up later while we can close our doors & get the beauty sleep that we so desperately need!

Enjoy!
