Well I've been reading on this forum board for a while now but I'm pretty green at posting and asking on here. I've gotten a lot of good info on here. We've had two pop ups 1 a 10 ft rockwood, 2nd was a 1406 jayco, loved it, I was looking to make camping easier for me and my wife, we pick up our new to us 2010 jayco23b next weekend can't wait, still wondering if I have all my bases covered 02 Yukon XL new brakes, shocks, tires, plugs wires, I put 20 in denali wheels with 275/60/20 bridgestones. I'm hoping the taller tire helps when I've got the tow haul on and I don't have a weight distributing hitch yet, thought I would try it without first. Anyway thanks for all the good ideas I've read about on this board :)

Welcome to the JOF, c cross. My advice... get a WDH. You might even be able to find a used one on CL. It's safer and your TV will love you for it.

I second what Quahog said, get a WDH. I don't think the taller tires will do much for sway..

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody.I am really thinking about the WDH. Our boat weighs about 5100 lbs and I hardly feel it, but the 23b is a whole different trailer and feel. I was an owner operator for 20 yrs pulling a 53 ft dry van through 38 states and at first I never even give a WDH a thought when we started looking at a bigger pull behind but now I'm seriously thinking about it when we pick it up. The advice is really helpful on this board. Can't wait, Thanks
