OUR 2010 GREYHAWK 31SS IS JUST OVER A MONTH OLD NOW. FIRST TRIP TO AZ FROM MN BROUGHT OUT ONE IDEA.

WHY NOT PUBLISH AN OWNERS MANUAL TO TELL NEW OWNERS WHERE THINGS ARE LOCATED. OUR AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING IT TOOK AN EXPERT OVER AN HOUR TO LOCATE THE POWER CONTROL ON LEFTSIDE OF BASE OF THE QUEEN BED.

JAYCO ROAD ASSISTANCE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE POWER CONTROL BOX WAS LOCATED.!!
ALSO GENERATORS POWER CABLE LEADING FROM ITS STARTING SOLENOID CAME LOOSE FROM COMPRESSION LUG ON SOLENOID. POOR CONSTRUCTION, ONLY A QUARTER OF AN INCH WAS IN THE COMPRESSION LUG, COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! FRED PFEIFFER- RED WING, MN

Sorry to hear you had some dramatic warranty issues arise so soon and especially on a maiden voyage Fred. We had some warranty things pop up on our x-country maiden voyage (Indiana to Calif) that were factory related. Our dealer did a good job addressing the problems once we took it in though. Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum and let us know how it goes :)

Fred, Sorry to hear about your Greyhawk issues. I hope you didn't lose your A/C during the heat waves here in AZ. That would not be fun.

I am originally from Mankato, still have alot of family there. I moved to AZ in the early 80's for work. I will be making my way back this summer to visit family and then onto Long Island, NY for our nephew's graduation. I will be looking forward to get out of the heat.
