Newbie help/advise please

Hi!

We live in the UK and we are planning to buy and import a 2017 Jayco X23B. Currently we camp in a tent so I am just looking for some advice on what accessories I'll need to buy alongside the trailer.

So far on my shopping list is:

• Macerator dump pump and hose
• Clear elbow for dump valve
• Drinking water hose
• Standard hose (for black water flush)

Here in the UK we have totally different hose diameters and so forth so I plan to source these items in the US and import them with the trailer. I can get hose adapters here in the UK. The electrics will be converted to UK spec and so I will be getting electric hookup leads here in the UK.

What else should I be getting?

I know you lovely people will have a preference for Jayco but can you confirm they are a good RV choice? Also keen to hear from anyone with an X23B on their opinion of the unit.

With regard options should we go for the EZ Breeze Power Roof Vent? I can't find any detail on exactly what this is.
Also, is the option enclosed underbelly worth it? Does it help keep the unit warmer in cold weather and the underside cleaner or are there downsides to having it?

I was in your situation not too long ago!

Here are some things I bought,
Surge Protector
Outdoor Rug
Sheets/blankets to fit beds
Broom
Weight Distribution Hitch
Sway Control
Wheel Chocks
Camping Grill
TV&Mounts
Bug Shields to keep bugs out
I also bought new hoses, etc.
Pressure regulator for "city water"

It gets expensive!
