If you haven't already, please look in your junk or spam folders in your email. Sometimes the email providers update their spam settings without notice and divert forum notifications or communications to the spam/junk folders.
If that isn't the case, then I would suggest that you check the newsletter settings on your forum account next. Please click on your User Control Panel "User CP" and scroll down to near the bottom of the page on the left side and click where it says "Edit Newsletter Preferences". From there it will open up a form that shows all of the possible newsletter subscriptions available. As you scroll down, make sure that the Jayco Owners newsletter is selected. If it is not, check the box and then click the "Update" near the top of the screen. You should then start receiving the newsletter again.
