Incorrect tire information on the certification label
Jayco is recalling certain 2020–2021 Jayco North Point fifth-wheel trailers. The certification labels may have the incorrect tire size information, causing the operator to install incorrect tires.
What owners of affected products should do
Jayco will mail correct certification labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 13, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at (800) 283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9901633.

Incorrect safety chains may fail
Starcraft RV is recalling 45 (2025) Autumn Ridge travel trailers due to incorrect safety chains. Safety chains on affected vehicles are rated at 7,600 pounds, but their actual gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) is 7,995 pounds. This could potentially cause the safety chains to fail, allowing the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle.
What owners of affected products should do
Owners of RVs affected by this recall should reach out to a Starcraft dealer who will replace the safety chains, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 17, 2025. Owners may contact Starcraft customer service at: (800) 283-8267. Starcraft’s number for this recall is 99026.
