I woke up to a cold trailer this morning. When I checked the thermostat it was clicking like it was trying to kick the heat on. When I turned it off the clicking stopped. I have plenty of propane. Could it be as easy as a new thermostat or does this sound like a Furnace issue?

Most common issue is a bad or dirty Sail Switch. It's a safety item, to ensure there is sufficient air flow.

Sail switch x2. If you remove the outside cover, the control board has a warning light and codes to tell you what the problem is. I had this a few times and it was a bent sail switch for me. The error code was for not enough airflow. I could see the sail switch move when it slanted up, but it was bent just enough that it wouldn’t make contact.

bingo. open up the cover and while your counting flashes, write down the make and model number. google up the manual direct form the manufacturer.

and x3 on the sail switch.
mine died too.
