No hot water from the bathroom sink

what could be a reason I have hot water working everywhere besides the bathroom sink? its a 2024 jay flight 21qb*** with on demand hot water tank. The kitchen, shower, and even the outside shower all have hot water. the bathroom sink rarely works. but once in awhile it will. the flame indicator on the panel does not come on like the other locations. not sure if this makes sense but any advice besides get it looked at under warranty? I will do that but waiting longer for more possible warranty issues

I would check underneath the sink to see if the supply line is crimped or squashed by something that is stored there.

Instant water heaters require a certain amount of water flow. It sounds like your water restrictor inside the faucet is slowing the water flow too much. It may have a chunk of something in the orifice. I would take the connections off the faucet and check for crud. If no restrictor, it may be in the faucet where the water comes out. It could then be clogged screen, or clogged restrictor. If cleaning does not get more flow, you can remove the restrictor or drill it out a little bigger.

This can be confirmed by running an additional hot water source. If the bathroom sink gets hot, then clearly this is caused by having the increased flow.

Mine did the sme, it was the restrictor in the faucet.
