No Power to Leveling system panel

I store my 2024 North Point 310 RLTS when it’s not in use. My two deep cycle batteries died because the dealer failed to inform me of the parasitic draw inherent to Jayco/North Point fifth wheels. The dealer tech said to use the inline circuit breakers to prevent my batteries from being drained again. I replaced the deep cycle batteries with two Lithium batteries. Now, I don’t have power going to my Lippert auto level panel. The Lippert Tech said the loss of power caused the JayCommand Android tablet to not recognize the Lippert auto level system and my JayCommand panel needed to have a “Factory Data Reset” to re-establish an electronic connection to the Lippert auto level panel. I did the factory data reset then when the system came back online the BMPro JayCommand App was not there. So now I have a new fifth wheel in a storage barn with no WiFi to download the App. I’m going to try to use iPhone as a hotspot and use the WiFi in my truck to get the download.
But, if I have to use the inline circuit breakers to prevent my batteries from draining, then I’m stuck with doing the painful factory data reset each time. It seems so silly that Jayco cannot get an App update that has a diagnostics option to re-connect with the Lippert auto level panel.
Has anyone else had this issue? What is a reasonable solution until Jayco/North Point gets a permanent fix?
I’ve emailed Jayco about the issue and hoping for a resolution.
Thanks for any help and insight you can provide me.

I've been disconnecting our 2022 Pinnacle 32RLTS batteries ever since the first year were I found the solar wasn't enough to keep them topped up vs. the amount of parasitic draw of the trailer and I've never run into this issue of the BMpro not recognizing the Lippert auto leveling. Sounds a little odd that it's doing this. Once it's in the system it shouldn't change because the trailer specs are hard encoded in the chip of the BMpro node so a battery disconnection shouldn't have any affect. I would try unplugging the Lippert system and letting it reset. I would also check to see if there is actually power going to the Lippert system as the BMpro only supplies commands not actual power.

Are you 100% sure the Red Battery disconnect switch behind the left side propane bottle is on !!

Have you pressed the up and down buttons at the same time on the leveling panel in the wet bay to turn on the leveling system? Did the green light come on on that panel?

I'm not buying the tablet issue for this problem...see above ^^^^

And no...you will not have to reset that tablet every time you kill power.

Hello and thank you for the reply. I had a mobile tech come out and you were spot on with everything you posted. He unplugged the Lippert auto level panel and that reset the system. Thanks so much for your knowledgable reply!!
