Odyssey 30Z Enterga Need manual or step by step, jacks will not retract. How do you check hydraulic fluid and manually retract it?

Odyssey 30z says fatal error have serviced. Where do you add fluid. Can not find any one in Asheville area who is mobile repair. Jacks will not retract

Jayco uses different jack manufacturers and models, so it will help if you post the make of leveling jacks that you have installed. If you don't know, post a picture of the control panel and we can probably help identify it and point you to the manual and troubleshooting instructions.

Crawl under the coach and follow a hose from the Jack. Eventually you will end up at the pump. Check for blown fuse near it when you find it.
Automatic transmission fluid Dexron III or newer if needed.
Just so you know, if you push it to manual instead of auto level, and have someone push a button for up, if you do not hear the motor running, it’s not a low fluid issue.

I had an issue with mine, did a reset, can't remember what buttons but you hold two

Try a reset

Unless you see a leak somewhere it's not a fluid issue

Yeah - it's probably not low on fluid if they're down.

My Equalizer branded jacks got stuck down once. Honestly, out of frustration, I banged on the jack with a rock. And they retracted.
