Since the software system change, I no longer get any of the digests. I've tried several times to follow the instructions and enable the digests, but to no avail.

Today I received a new response to a months-ago thread that did come to me, but that's all I get.

I could use some help from the admins to sort out my settings on this and the Forest River forums. Your software change/update has left me out of the loop since it happened.

I just checked what I can on my side with your account and you are definitely set up to receive instant email notifications for your subscribed threads. (I can't view your newsletter settings from my tools). Before we do anything else, please double check to make sure that the emails aren't being sent to your spam or junk folder.

If they are not in your junk or spam folders, please go to the bottom of any page here on JOF and click the "Contact Us" tab. This will allow you to contact tech support directly to describe your problem. They should be able to help you out.

Checked spam/junk. Nothing there from you guys. And the recent email about a thread I've participated in came to my inbox.
FYI, in the Forest River forum, I'd followed the instructions about settings to continue the digests several times/attempts. To no avail.

I will follow your suggestion and use the contact us tab.

No problem. There was someone with a similar problem a few weeks ago and Tech Support was able to fix them up.
