Outdoor resorts

We are planning a trip to Virgina Beach,in August, I know it will be hot & humid; and have reservation @ Outdoor Resort.

It is a pricy place. Has anyone stayed their or have a better suggestion? We see all the ads for Outdoor resorts, always look beautiful, but many restrict to just motor homes, we have a Eagle 322fks. No children just the two of us.

We stayed there several times and really enjoyed it. It is very well maintained and is surrounded by Back Bay. Just across the street is an excellent Virginia Beach City Park with plenty of parking and restroom facilities that were also well maintained.

We were members of the Family Motorcoach Association which gave us a discount on the rates. Most of the sites there have permanent set ups. (my album, Boss Wagon's Album has a picture of my old Flair on an excellent site there.
