During de-winterization our outside kitchen tap blew apart; the cold water dial blew right off. I Managed to screw it back on but it is now stuck in the 'on' position. Luckily by removing the quick connect nozzle the water stops flowing so we were able to still have water inside, but now I have the fear this dial is going to blow off again (likely when we are not there). I have been trying to figure out how to get the faucet off to replace can't can't figure out how to get to it? The metal counter appears to be 1 solid unit?!?
