Oven won't light

2019 Jayco North Point 315RLTS. Unable to get oven pilot light to ignite. Igniter is working but no propane. Stove top burners work fine. Is there another gas valve that I'm not aware of???

Ovens in our trailers normally don't have the ignitor. Its a light it with a long match on ours back near the back of oven.
Yours could be the same.

Many of the RV ovens have a "Pilot" setting on the knob, when you turn it there you have to press and hold in on the knob at the pilot setting while you light the actual pilot light. I use a butane lighter stick.

After the thermocouple warms you can let go of the control knob and then turn the control to your desired bake temperature setting. If you have plans to use the oven again you turn it back to the pilot point, if you go all the way to "Off" the pilot will go out and need to be lit again

You didn't say what type of oven it is. If it's a Furrion, then it lights all by itself.

Thanks for the suggestions. Instructions for our oven is to move the knob to the igniter position, push in and hold until pilot ignites, then release knob and turn to desired setting. When doing the above, the igniter fires away with visible spark but no propane to ignite.

First, let's assume that your propane tanks have gas in them and that the valve is on. To check this I usually light the burners on top of the oven. If they work then the oven is getting gas.

Next, you must push and turn the gas knob to the pilot position (Approx 11:00 but it is marked). You will hear it clicking. I open the oven door and look below the pan to watch the pilot light. Usually you need to see the pilot light and continue to hold the knob in for several seconds or even a couple of minutes. Once the pilot will light on its' own (You can release the knob (do not turn it just don't push it it anymore) the pilot stays lit and you can turn the gas knob to "On" and the burners will light. Note: you MUST have the knob in the pilot position to light the pilot or the stove will not light.

Thanks for all the comments, but none of them help. I have followed the lighting instructions from the owner's manual exactly but there is no propane reaching the igniter. I see the igniter sparking, I hear the clicking noise of the igniter, but there is no propane to ignite and thus no pilot light. Burners on cooking range above work fine. I'm thinking there must be a propane line valve just for the oven supply, but am unable to find one, thus far. Have removed drawer below oven in search of valve; none found. I have searched beneath bottom drawer of pantry to left of oven; no valve.

No there isn't a separated supply line. Propane comes of the main stove manifold. Try it with a lighter and see if it will lite and hold till the thermos couple will hold the pilot lite.

The last time we camped (late last month) our oven would not light either. Igniter clicks away but the pilot will not light. Worked fine before. We had to light the pilot with a lighter. Kind of a pain but probably still better than leaving it at the dealer.

Hold a flame under the thermocouple, nor igniter, while pushing the knob in on the pilot setting. See if after a try or two, you get a pilot flame. If so, continue to hold it in for 30 to 40 seconds so the thermocouple get hot enough to release gas to the burner. That's the way we have to light ours, since no piezo ignitor on our oven pilot.

Makes me wonder if the oven is connected to your propane. Has it ever worked or is this the first shot? I’ve also read of propane lines being pinched by a slide.

I have tried holding a flame to the igniter unit while holding down the control knob several times. Still no pilot light and no propane.

Does the flame of the lighter blow around at all when you hold it to the pilot light? Like said above, it’s fed by the same line as the burners so the stove is getting propane. Maybe you have a blockage or kink in the oven line coming from the main connection on the back of the stove? Maybe it’s the oven control knob itself not opening the valve?

Negative. A kink? Perhaps, but I don't have a clue how I might check that out. Thanks for the thought.

The stoves come out super easy, at least my two in my campers do. If you pop off the top of the stove, it’s spring loaded and comes off (push back and then lift up) exposing the burners and lines, you can see the propane manifold from there. On all 4 corners under that top are small Phillips screws (4 total) screwed into the side of the cabinet or countertop. Under the oven door there are 2 more Phillips screws holding the bottom. You take those 6 screws (4 top, and 2 bottom) and your stove should slide right out. There is plenty of hose to slide it out to peek behind it and check for problems. Mine even has enough slack I can slide the stove out and set it on the ground still hooked up. The stoves are super lightweight so don’t be scared to slide and lift it. This might expose something wrong unless it’s an internal issue like your knob/valve or something.

Most repairs on the oven and burner section can be done with the stove in place. If no LP at the pilot lite the problem is in the valve on the manifold. Also you can have a pinched pilot line but not likely. With manufacturing dirt might have entered the manifold and into the oven valve. Remove it from the manifold and clean with air. We have brand new units coming in with dirt in the valves. Don't loose the seal when removing the valve from the manifold.

ALJO, the Furrion oven instruction manual shows an exploded view of the oven. I see the valve but no manifold (I suspect you're using a generic term here). How do I get to the valve? The diagram shows it on the left side of the oven unit in the exploded view. Incidentally, this is a new oven in a new trailer and has never worked, model FMCM15.
