Parkit360 5K

Hi,
I pull my 212QB (4300 lbs empty) in the backyard during the winter for storage.
Unfortunately the yard is not big enough to turn the trailer around while hitched to my Silverado.
Yard is flat but grass. Wondering if the Parkit360 Force 5K will do the job to turn it around in the backyard, so I can attach it to the truck and drive out. Given the fence, garage, flowerbeds etc. backing out is a nightmare and ruins grass.
Anybody here with a Parkit360 5K/jayflight 212QB combo with advise?

I used to use an electric version to move a TT and the issue is overcoming the dual wheels when trying to turn. You have to make sweeping turns, so keep that in mind.
