Partial fill Rv toilets

If it is partly filled and you forget to empty it before going down the road may slosh out.

Are you like me? Do you hate partially filling the bowl before using it for a #2. Stepping on the flusher slightly to get a bowl partially filled but then stepping too hard and it all goes down the drain.
Is there a toilet other than the Dometic 510 that allows you to just partial fill the bowl? Something cheaper than $700?

I had three different brands and models in four different RVs. You will learn the proper pressure with practice. I never had trouble flushing all the water.
