Phone app not connecting to cloud

My phone app is no longer connecting to the cloud to enable "remote connection". It says "logged in", but no connection to cloud. Worked perfectly last year, I would be able to start the air conditioner from 60 miles away in the truck. Anyone have a this issue or a fix?

As firestorm79 said, check your internet at the camper. That has been my issue in the past
 
Yes, we have our own wifi installed on the trailer. Does not appear to be any issues with that. The BMPro wall tablet is connected to the cloud.
 
Has anyone ever had to delete their account and set up a new one due to a glitch? Did both app or controller do an update or just one over the winter so they are not communicating with each other?
 
Well deleting the account and creating a new one didn't work. Wall panel remote connection is "connected" but my phone and tablet both say "logged in" still, no cloud connection.
Any ideas?
 
Do you have the cloud icon on your phone APP? sorry, this is basic but just can't think of anything else right this minute.You should see the cloud icon on the phone APP and the tablet. My tablet is off the camper again, recharging in the house for the 4th time, and I have a cloud icon while charging.

The photo in my first post is what I have, logged in with a line through the cloud. The panel in the trailer that bar is orange says connected and a cloud symbol, no line through it.
 
Just opened the app on my phone again and I now have remote connection the cloud. Have all functions, out of the blue. WTF?

Spoke to soon, lost connection again.
 
Keno: did you ever solve this? I have the exact same issues. Coach connected with internet. Everything fine with Bluetooth in the coach. Have set up a new account. Always shows the cloud with line through it when I am remote.
 
iPhone not connecting to BMPRO cloud

Today I went into the coach and brought up Google and formally logged into my account from the tablet. I then went to the android App Store and verified my bmpro app was up to date. Seemed ok. But a few hours later lo and behold. I was able to log into the BMPRO cloud on both iPad and iPhone. So the key was logging into my Google account from the tablet. Then waiting. We will see of this stays connected.
 
I have a similar problem with my cloud access. I have Internet access through an AT&T chip in the Winegard/Gateway. Controller indicates I am logged in the the Internet. I signed in to my Google account with my gmail address and password. When I go to my iPhone and try to log in to the remote connection with my gmail address and password (the same address and password I used on the controller) I get this message: Sign in failed - There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted. Should I not be using my gmail address? Should I be using another email and password on the controller and the iPhone to activate the cloud function?
 
BMPRO'S server has been down for several days, just came back up this afternoon. They did email some of us that asked and said were working on the problem. I don't know if this will help with login and passwords for some of you. If I remember correctly, I had to create the account on the tablet and then go through the login procedures there. The phone App came next and I think I also had to be near the tablet to set it up, having a hard time remembering.
