[Unfortunately, I am a computer geek so I'll be giving the shorthand version.]


In the User Control Panel, click on Pictures & Albums.
Create an album
Upload pictures from your PC using the Upload and one of the 3 browse buttons
Save the picture to your album.
Click on the picture to show it.
Copy the URL below the image
Go back to your posting and click on the picture icon (looks like a mountain and moon)
Paste the URL there
The picture will show in your posting.
