My 24RBS has a pull out kitchen with burner and sink. Inside the compartment are several large holes to run plumbing and electric and these go into the cabinets and closet. I worry about leaving this open for very long as these holes are easy ingress for critters and bugs. Is there an easy way to seal this compartment?

I'd grab some heavy steel wool and stuff the holes.

I did that on our trailer where the water lines and wiring goes through the floor and haven't had any mice since.

Should probably stop bugs as well? Maybe.

I used aluminum screen wire crumpled up and stuffed in then used some foam to hold it in place. Did the same on the bottom. No mice in 7 years so far! Old camper had several but I think it was the lousy seal on the pushout. Don't forget to armor your furnace, fridge, water heater and electric wire holes! I use stainless scrubbies when I have the wire pulled out as there is a tiny gap and any gap will be a highway to mice!
