My plywood roof cracked today while cleaning. It probably went down about 1/2" and isn't really visible. My roof is TPO. I sent an email to Jayco describing what happened. What are my options?

You have to un-crack it :giggle:
Sorry about that one...it shouldn't crack if the plywood is in good shape (not water damaged) is the roof membrane okay?
Maybe it's not a walkable roof and you should've put 16" strips x of 1/2"plywood 8' long down first?
Not much you can do so leave it if it doesn't leak.
I don't like the idea of walking on any roof...the movement of the thin plywood is not good Imo...if you have to, try and step on the roof joists or lay down ply across the joists.

It does. Which model? The roof on most rigs will flex between the joist a little.

All you can do is take it back to the dealer to have it checked. That's what JAYCO's response will be.
It cracked and sunk down. 2024 Jay Flight 225mls. New model for 2024. Built 10/23. Will they replace entire roof plywood or scab in some new plywood?

Regardless Gary, Imo you shouldn't walk on these roofs without plywood...imagine what happens to all the areas sealed with dicor as the plywood flexes
Quite the job to replace any plywood...the roof membrane has to be lifted/rolled back, edge mouldings taken off, any sealed areas unsealed...I have a feeling Jayco will say sorry, but you shouldn't of walked on the roof. Curious, is there a ladder on the back of your RV?
