So what has happened... Node 172.67.73.79 is showing high latency... I wiresharked it against other hosts in other Tier-2 dataCenters and it is slow.

You started at the right place with your problem. However, I would suggest reporting this to the tech folks using the Contact Us at the bottom of the webpage. They're better equipped to handle network performance issues and you should get faster service there.
