Problem With a Sofa in a 19RD

We have a 2015 Jay Flight 19RD . We have had it for one day. We pulled the sofa out and my wife was laying on it to see how comfortable it would be to sleep on it. Now we can't the sofa to fold back up. It seems to be locked. Any suggestion's??

The sofa has a seat and a back and what I think your doing is grabbing the seat( in the very front) and lifting. Well that won't work so you must reach to the rear of the seat back and lift from the very rear and lift and then it will fold up.
