Question regarding Bluetooth in eagle 230mlcs

Hello!
New to Jayco with a 2025 Eagle 230mlcs. I have the exact Bluetooth control in our rig. I cannot figure out how the heck to pair a phone with it.

What app should I be using on other Android or iOS to connect? It seems anything showing up in my Bluetooth isn't letting me pair, claiming it needs an app first.

I held the Bluetooth button for a couple of seconds to hear pairing enabled, then cannot figure it out. I attempted to use the jaycommand app, but it doesn't seem to support this small interface, and depicts the touch screen upgrade versions.

I have the same on or 2025 5th wheel. Make sure the device you want to pair with is on and in correct mode to pair then hold the Bluetooth button until it says paring mode over the speakers. Then you should see on your device RV(something) mine is RV1 is requesting to pair, then complete the paring. Should work, but this system is a pain. Wish it just had the old style radio and cd player. Hate everything being "online" required

Somehow, after doing precisely what I'd been doing multiple times, the Bluetooth source finally appeared.
