Questions about our new 24RBS

2019 24RBS questions: 1) Light switch on the wall at the entrance door turns on night lights under the counter; however to turn on the overhead cabin lights you must open the small door to the switch bank and find the desired switch in the dark. I had expected the light switch on the wall by the door would turn on the main lighting. 2) Jay Feather standard features include a coat hook by the entrance door. I believe we saw coat hooks to the right of the entrance door in 2019 24RBS's we inspected at other dealers. The 24RBS that we ordered from our nearby dealer however has no coat hook. Re-reading the Jay Feather features chart, the coat hook is standard "on select models". How does one determine if this model should have the coat hook? Thanks.

The light switch locations you described are the same in my 2018 24RBS..., but I agree having the main light switch outside of the cabinet makes a little more sense.

My 2018 24RBS has the coat hooks, and the 2019 24RBS models that I have seen (2019 24RBS's on youtube) has one as well.

I would get back with your RV dealer.

Please note that the 24RBS floor plan falls under the "Jay Flight" models, not the Jay Feather.

My 2018 24RBS has the coat hooks, and the 2019 24RBS models that I have seen (2019 24RBS's on youtube) has one as well.

I would get back with your RV dealer.
