Hi. This question is specific to a Jayco 28.5 RSTS and an F250 Shortbed, with MorRyde orbital.

We have used the Morryde orbital since day 1. We're getting ready to pick the trailer up from Jayco on Monday with the wedge removed, and transport it to our dealership.

The dealership can't deal with the wedge, so if I install it before we leave the factory, I'll have to take it right back off when we drop it a few hours later.

So the question for people with the same setup-

Does your trailer threaten to hit the back of your shortbed truck when you have your morryde pinbox locked out (like a standard hitch)?

I have a short bed f350 with an eagle ht I have my pin box locked out and have from day one. I have never gotten close to the back window even with a sharp turn. I think it helps the ford short bed is 6ft9in. I do have a slider hitch if I ever get in a situation that requires it.
