Dear Jayco Owners, I have a 2017 Class C Grey Hawk RV. Recently, the rear backup camera quit working. The two side cameras in the mirrors work. When I try to connect to the rear camera, I get a no signal message. Where should I start to look to try and get the rear camera working again.
Thanks for trying to help me
Mike

Make sure the camera on the back of the RV has an antenna. I had the same issue. I was not familiar with review cameras and it wasn't until I climbed on the RV to get a close look. It was then I discovered the antenna was missing. Get ready, a new antenna cost me $71.00.

There are several threads on this topic. Included are suggestions that the master cable running to the camera selector/mirrors becomes pinched by the emergency brake and shorts out. On top of that is Jayco's terrible wiring job behind the dash. I finally replaced the POS radio camera system with a Kenwood but I suggest a search using the search feature in the gold bar at the top of the page to find other threads and a Google search with the same problem listed. There are so many issues with this problem that it is difficult to tell which is the problem but one thing I can say if you have the other two cameras it is not the fuse problem that you will find in the bunch.

I am not sure what system you have but the Greyhawk is not RF, it is wired and no antenna will help with that.

If you have a Garmin BBT600 the wire to your camera may have disconnected from the rear of the dock. That was my issue.

My back up camera went out. Anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

Go back to post#3 and read that, then start with the search feature. There are numerous threads and without know what rig or camera you have it is difficult to tell what will work for you. This is an old thread.
