Hi everyone, I just wanted to share with you how you can save a ton of money and also help the environment. We found a place in Albuquerque that sells reconditioned RV batteries. The heavy duty, gel, deep cycle, 12 volt RV batteries are $39 with "like core" trade and look beautiful with their all gray, one piece, plastic covers. The batteries have a 2 year warranty. If you don't have a "like core" trade, then there is a $25 charge per battery for the core. We bought 2 of these batteries and are extremely happy with the performance of them so far. You can also buy the AMG batteries for $49, if that is what you like to use. The name of the place is Recon Batteries and the owner is very friendly and knowledgable. I am pretty sure there are recon battery sales just about everywhere in the country.
