Refrigerator Red Light

Hello. 2018 jayco flight. Went to prep our trailer for a trip. I turned on the refrigerator, on electric, green light came on and I thought all was well. After leaving it overnight it had only slightly cooled by morning. I tried switching to gas but the light turned red (not blinking) and it is not cooling. Switched it back to electric it blinked green then went solid red. It was parked on an unlevel driveway, and after some research I found out that is bad. It is now on level ground, but still not working and displaying a red light. Did I break it? How do I fix?

1. Is the gas on? Did you turn the propane on "slowly"? Too fast and the tank goes into safety and shuts off.
2. Can you light the stove top burners?
3. By turning on and lighting the burners you will move propane up the line to the fridge. It takes a bit for it to get there.
4. How hot is it outside? The freezer cools first and fastest. If the outside temps are high it will take some time for the fridge to cool down. Every time you open the door it causes a longer wait for cooling.

1: gas is on, I don't think it is in safety mode.
2/3: yes, propaine burners work, and I ran them for a few minutes.
4: It was about 70*, freezer was definitely cooler than the fridge, but neither got cold.

It was definitely working for a while, then stopped. (Probably due to being unlevel) But trying to figure out how to reset it/restart it. What if I turned off the circuit breaker and turned it back on? Is there a reset button hidden somewhere?

The first thing to do is to look in the fridge's manual and see what the red light is indicating. If you don't have the manual you can go to the manufacturer's website and download one. There is no sense of messing with it until you find out what the red light is trying to tell you.

I know they say the trailer/RV needs to be level but I have never had one not light because of a slight "out of level". I doubt that a few degrees will make it fail.

You don't say what brand it is but I would start with the manual and then go to the Internet with the brand and model# to see if others have had this problem. With the make and model some here may be able to help with a similar issue.

I would turn it off. Let it sit for a few minutes and then turn it back on. If you have a helper have them go outside near the fridge panel and listen for the igniter clicking. I can hear mine inside if it is quite enough.

I know that some makes have had issues with the igniter and main board.
