Has anyone tried to access the back of their Girard tankless water heater in a 2018 Pinnacle RLWS 37 ft? Or do you have to pull it out to access the thermostat wire that Camping World pulled apart?

I have repaired one, replaced one and installed one (retro fit). [emoji3]

To access the back, (all were on north points) you need to take down the wall in the basement storage area. You can access it but it’ll be tight. Your probably going to have to pull it out. It’s not really hard but a real chore to cut through all the sealant. There were a couple of hidden screws on the inside of the unit in addition to all the screws around the flange

Thanks. I looked through the small opening in bay. I’ll look deeper. Probably we will just pull it out. Can’t do any worse than the jug-heads that messed it up when they were trying to repair it. I notified dealer of problem but the turn-around time on in shop repair is 1-2 months.
