I recently purchased a used 2004 Jayco Eagle that needs a bit of TLC.
Here is what I know:
- Some of the seams around the four corners of the 5er are showing some age. How hard on this camper is it to pull off the corner molding and reseal it? I'm super nervous about not getting the roof area quite right. Specifically in this spot here: https://imgur.com/bG5Ha2r
- There has been some damage to the underside of the 5er, under the master bedroom near the inbox. Not sure what this area is called. It looks like a bed rail popped up and hit the corner of the sidewall of the camper. It has crushed some of the wood that is behind the aluminum paneling. I'm assuming once I take off the aluminum corner molding I can replace the wood and reseal it up:

- The previous owners ran a secondary electric cord from the truck cab that feeds an inside A/C unit that has been ducted out the side of the camper. This duct uses a typical dryer vent housing and quite a few of the flaps have broken off. I'd like to take both the electric cord and seal the vent. You can see in the pictures where I've duct taped over it to at least temporarily prevent water from getting in. There is a bit of delamination but not from the vent itself, from the damage to the bed directly beneath.

- There is also a crack on the left hand side of the master pop out. The pop out also doesn't seem to be extending fulling on the top? Not sure if this is a timing issue or what to do about it.

- The awning on the left side (closest to the rear) appears to be showing some threads from the lag bolt used to attach it to the camper. Is this something I should tighten up or just caulk?
