I have been having troubles with my through frame slide on my Jayco Eagle HT 28.5. In the process, I contacted Lippert and received the following. There are 112 videos available to cover many of the issues we experience. You can step through all the videos to address your needs. In my case I searched for "slide" and located all the appropriate vids.
