Right turn signal looks like hazards flashing

Anyone run across this problem? I have a 2023 Precept 34G. When I turn on the right turn signal it looks like the rear hazard lights are flashing. The left turn signal works fine. Turn signals worked fine last November. Stored for the winter. Covered storage. Breaking it out for spring and getting ready to take it for a short drive noticed the problem with the turn signals. Ran it over to a shop figuring it would be a quick fix but techs are baffled and continuing to TS. I'm not going to get into wiring but wondered if anyone else had a similar problem? :help:

Sounds like you have a bad ground for the right side taillight.
Thanks johnsat. Don't disagree but RV shop has been unable to find it so far. They even replaced the BCM but turn signal problem unchanged. Did notice that only white round light on left side flashes (and not both the round white light and the red square light on left side) when right turn signal is on (that's along with normal right rear round white light and red square light flashing). So the outlier is the round white light on rear left side. Left turn signal works fine. Hazards work fine. Left side camera works fine when left turn signal on but right side camera shows rear and not right side when right turn signal on. Will let everyone know what the final answer is when we figure it out.

Possibly a problem in the 7way trailer plug/harness. Could be the right turn is shorted somewhere in the plug or harness. The first time I tried to pull a trailer with my Precept the trailer brakes wouldn't work. Traced problem back to the the trailer plug on the coach. The way the plug was installed was a mess. Wires not in the connectors fully or not at all. Just another suggestion of where to look.

Thanks johnsat! If I were a betting man I'd bet you hit the nail on the head. The only thing that was done all winter was wiring up the toad in late-Jan... even though the signal lights worked properly after that (witnessed by several people including me) I keep wondering if that might not be associated. Of course it's hard to convince the techs, who wired up the toad, of that. I will pass your experience along to them. It will be interesting to see what the final answer to the problem will be.

Finally got Precept back from repair shop after only a month with signal lights finally working properly. The shop claimed that new BCM needed a 2nd reprogramming to solve the problem. Not sure what else they did including working on 7 way plug but in any event the signal lights are now working properly. They insist the problem was a faulty BCM.
