I was inspecting the caulking on the roof, around the vents, tv antenna, front cap, etc., and i must say they do a fine job of caulking around the roof top items at the factory. But I noticed where the roof material meets the sidewalls looked like pretty chinsey caulking there. It looks like the roof is tucked under a plastic trim piece, and in that corner where the rubber roof meets the trim piece a very thin layer of caulking is applied there. Was wondering about running a bead on this spot for the whole length of the trailer, and on the other side as well. It would not be hard to do, but is it necessary? I'm sure I go overkill with the dicor, but dicor is much cheaper than dealing with water damage.
