Roof coatings???

I've read a ton of threads on the subject
I would like to find a NON silicone product, all seem to be silicone based.
Any experience and suggestions?
Oh, I have a TPO roof.

Have a roof leak. I think it is where the roof meets the sides.
I can see some cracking at the 90° turn where horizontal meets vertical.
I will use eternabond at the edge. Since the edges are cracking I felt the rest would be prone to cracking too, hence reporting entire roof. It is a 2016 and has lived 8ts entire life in sunny Florida uncovered. I'm thinking it's time to worde off problems.

Use ETERNABOND over all the caulking.
